3600 Block of Jermantown Road – On September 23 at 10:05 AM the victim reported that sometime prior to August 20 unknown person(s) had fraudulently used her identifying information to open an unauthorized satellite television service account in Richmond and she had been called by a collection agency about overdue payments for the service.

Credit Card Theft and Fraud

9622 Main Street / Shoppers Food Warehouse – On September 23 at 3:37 PM the victim reported that about 2:30 PM unknown person(s) had entered her purse which was in her shopping cart and had stolen her wallet which contained cash, identification and credit cards. One of the cards subsequently was used to make unauthorized purchases at several businesses in the area.

Assault

3800 Block of Meredith Drive – On September 27 at 7:56 PM the victim, a 39 year old City of Fairfax man, reported that an unknown male subject had approached him, grabbed him, punched him in the face, and then fled on a bicycle. The suspect was described as white, in his twenties, about five feet seven inches tall, with a thin build and having a goatee. The victim was treated for his injuries at a medical facility.

9617 Fairfax Boulevard / 7-Eleven – On September 28 at 8:48 AM an employee reported that an unknown male subject had grabbed two cartons of cigarettes from the counter and fled the area on foot.

3500 Block of Perry Street – On September 28 at 9:03 AM the vehicle owner reported that sometime between 8:00 PM on September 25 and 9:30 AM on September 26 unknown person(s) had stolen six credit cards from his unlocked vehicle which was parked on the driveway of his residence.

10090 Fairfax Boulevard / CVS Pharmacy – On September 28 at 10:31 AM the manager reported that an unknown male subject had grabbed two cartons of cigarettes from the counter and fled the area on foot.

Vandalism

10901 Main Street / Taco Moya 2 – On September 29 at 9:10 PM an employee reported that a glass pane on the front door had been shattered by an unknown male subject who had punched it with his fist during an altercation with several other subjects and all had fled on foot from the scene.
