Credit Card Fraud
9622 Main Street / Shoppers Food Warehouse – On March 8 at 5:14 PM the victim reported that about 3:00 PM unknown person(s) had stolen her wallet from her purse which was in her cart while she was shopping. The wallet contained cash, identification and credit cards. One of the credit cards subsequently was used to make an unauthorized purchase.

10090 Fairfax Boulevard / CVS Pharmacy – On March 11 at 10:19 AM the victim reported that on March 4 unknown person(s) had used his credit card information to make an unauthorized withdrawal from an ATN at the business.
Credit Card Theft
9602 Main Street / Lifetime Athletic – On March 12 at 6:29 PM the victim reported that sometime after 5:10 PM unknown person(s) had stolen his wallet from his locker. The wallet contained cash, identification and credit cards. Subsequently, unsuccessful attempts were made to use the credit cards to make unauthorized purchases at several businesses.
10700 Block of Orchard Street – On March 13 at 1:33 PM the resident reported that sometime after 2:00 PM on March 11 unknown person(s) had stolen a bicycle from the front yard of the home.
10900 Block of Orchard Street – On March 13 at 5:45 PM the resident reported that sometime after 7:00 PM on March 10 unknown person(s) had stolen a bicycle from the side of the home.
10700 Block of West Drive – On March 14 at 1:53 PM the 37 year old female victim reported that a male acquaintance had struck her during the course of an altercation, inflicting injuries. Following investigation by the Patrol Division, Carlos Enrique Morales, 32, of Hamilton Street, Annandale, was taken into custody and transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with assault and battery and released on personal recognizance.
