Bad Check Arrest
4035 Jermantown Road / Jermantown Animal Hospital – On August 31 at 4:11 PM a manager reported that on August 3 a female subject had paid for services with a check which had been returned as written on a closed account and the subject subsequently had failed to make payment. Following investigation by the Field Operations Division, a warrant was obtained charging the suspect with issuing a bad check. Alba Del Perez-Grande, 36, of 7445 Long Pine Drive, Springfield, was served with the warrant on September 8 and was transported to the Adult Detention Center where she was ordered held without bond.
9607 Fairfax Boulevard / Verizon Wireless – On September 7 at 1:51 PM a manager reported that it had been determined that a recently hired employee had taken money and several cell phones from the business. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.
11204 James Swart Circle / Parking Lot – On September 8 at 9:41 PM officers responding to a report of an intoxicated male subject located the individual and took him into custody. After being placed in a cruiser the subject damaged the door by kicking it. David J. Matuszewski, 36, of 106 Walton Way, Milford, Pennsylvania, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with destruction of property and drunk in public. His bond was set at $2000.
Unlawful Entry Arrest
10700 Block of Orchard Street – On September 10 at 7:22 AM the resident reported that he had found a male subject standing in his living room. He took the subject outside the home and waited for officers to arrive. Quang M. Nguyen, 19, of 2920 District Avenue, Fairfax, was taken into custody and transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with unlawful entry and drunk in public. His bond was set at $1000.
