In an Emergency, You May Be the First Responder
In events like the recent hurricanes impacting the U.S., the earthquake hitting Mexico or even human caused events like active shooters or terrorist events, you may be the first responder. In a major disaster or emergency, emergency medical services (EMS) may not be immediately available. In such circumstances, basic aid may prevent further injury or death. Having the skills and understanding for what to do could save a life!
