3157 Plantation Parkway / Dale Lestina Park – On October 20 at 4:18 PM an officer observed that unknown person(s) had spray painted graffiti in a tunnel running under Plantation Parkway.

9622 Main Street / Shoppers Food Warehouse – On October 21 at 9:58 AM employees reported that an unknown male subject had been observed placing items of merchandise in a shopping bag and attempted to leave the store without paying and when questioned dropped the bag and left the area on foot.

Assault Arrest

4315 Chain Bridge Road / Inova Access – On October 21 at 10:15 AM the victim, a 35 year old Woodbridge woman, reported that a male acquaintance had followed her to the facility’s parking lot and assaulted her in the presence of officers who had arrived in response to a report in progress. The suspect was taken into custody at the scene and refused to follow the commands of officers. Marcellus Lequinton Pierce, 27, of 10808 Cedar Avenue, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice and his bond was set at $1000.

9865 Fairfax Boulevard / Lee High Inn – On October 22 at 8:23 AM the vehicle owner reported that sometime after 12:00 Midnight unknown person(s) had stolen a cell phone from his vehicle in the parking lot.

10380 Willard Way / Tokyo Grill – On October 22 at 9:08 PM the victim reported that when she retrieved a wallet she had inadvertently left at the restaurant she found that unknown person(s) had removed the cash from it.

DUI Arrest

Chain Bridge Road / Assembly Drive – On October 22 at 11:04 PM an officer investigating a report of a driver passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle stopped in the roadway determined that the individual was intoxicated. Diego Guery Moya Lujan, 28, of 6600 Cheney Way, Gainesville, was transported to the Adult Detention Center and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and was issued a summons for being illegally stopped on the highway.
