Unlawful Entry Arrest
9652 Main Street / Best Buy – On January 26 at 11:08 AM a security officer reported that he had observed a female subject open a box containing ear buds, and attempt to leave the store without paying, at which point she was detained. Kathleen Helmer, 19, of 8513 Ardfour Lane, Annandale, was charged with petit larceny and released on a summons.
10200 Main Street / Dunkin Donuts – On January 27 at 9:00 PM an employee reported that a male subject who had previously been trespassed from the business was refusing to leave. Gregory Antonio Jackson, 49, of no fixed address, was taken into custody and transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with trespassing and his bond was set at $1000.
3910 University Drive / 7-Eleven – On January 27 at 12:30 AM an employee reported a male subject at the business was panhandling and drinking alcohol. When officers arrived they made contact with the subject who was previously trespassed from the business. Sean Gavin Graham, 34, of 8221 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive, Fairfax was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with trespassing and drunk in public his bond was set at $1000.
3900 Block of Norton Place – On January 28 at 5:54 PM a realtor reported that when he was showing a client he found an unknown male subject inside it. The suspect was located in the area and taken into custody. Sean Travis Hayden, 46, of no fixed address, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with unlawful entry and his bond was set at $1000.
4200 Block of Allison Circle – On January 23 at 4:29 PM a contractor reported that sometime between January 22 at 5:00 PM and January 23 at 4:25 PM unknown person(s) kicked in the front door, it appears that entry into the vacant home was not gained.
10300 Block of Main Street- On January 29 at 1:20 PM the victim reported that sometime after January 26 unknown person(s) had taken several tools from a locked storage area. The Field Operation Division is investigating the case.
