DUI Arrest

Fairfax Boulevard and Pickett Road – On June 8 at 1:39 AM an officer who had initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle being operated erratically determined that the driver was intoxicated. Alexa Christine Noble, 22, of 3702 Cordova Place, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bond was set at $2000.

Larceny

3900 Block of Chain Bridge Road – On June 3 at 10:11 AM the resident reported that sometime between June 1 and June 3 unknown person(s) had stolen an electric generator. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.

False Pretense

3200 Block of Adams Court – On May 29 at 10:17 AM the resident reported that they had agreed to purchase Washington Capitals hockey tickets listed on Craigslist and subsequently sent payment through Zelle, after which they were unable to make contact through email contact information provided by the “seller.” The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.

 

 

Larceny from Vehicle

3800 Block of Bradwater Street – On June 7 at 11:17 AM the resident reported that sometime between June 6 at 11:00 PM and June 7 at 11:00 AM unknown person(s) had stolen debit cards and cash from her unlocked parked vehicle. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.

Larceny from Vehicle

10500 Block of West Drive – On June 7 at 2:58 PM the resident reported that sometime between June 6 and June 7 unknown person(s) had stolen various paperwork from his unlocked parked vehicle. The Field operations Division is investigating the case.

Vandalism

4401 Sideburn Road / Green Acres School Park – On June 6 at 5:15 PM an employee reported that unknown person(s) had vandalized an artistic display and work desk. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.

Assault Arrest

10600 Block of Main Street – On June 6 at 11:55 AM the victim, a 55 year old City of Fairfax man, reported that during the course of an argument with a male acquaintance he had been struck in the face and head area. The suspect was taken into custody at the scene. Following investigation by the Field Operations Division, Chauncey Miles, 53, of 425 2nd D Street, Washington D.C. was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with assault and battery. It also was determined that he was wanted for a fail to appear charge. Bond was set at $14960. The victim was transported to a medical facility for treatment of his injuries.
