Amendments to the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances (effective October 1, 2016) were adopted by the City Council and made effective on December 19, 2017. The amendments were identified as part of the regular review and maintenance of the ordinances and were reviewed by the City Council and the Planning Commission at work sessions. The Planning Commission and City Council held public hearing on the amendments on November 27, 2017 and December 19, 2017, respectively.
