Defrauding Hotel Arrest
10911 Main Street / 7-Eleven – On February 4 at 2:18 AM an employee reported that a male subject had produced a handgun and demanded money, then left the area on foot. The employee was not injured. The suspect was described as a white male, between 18-25 years of age, 5’8 in height, wearing a dark green jacket, a gray hooded sweatshirt, and white sunglasses. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.
3100 Block of Musket Court – On February 4 at 2:11 AM a neighbor reported that two unknown males had entered an unlocked vehicle, and then walked into a vacant home. The suspects fled as officers were arriving. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.
9900 Block of Fairfax Boulevard – On February 2 at 3:57 PM the victim reported that sometime on February 1 unknown person(s) had busted out a taillight on his vehicle as it was parked. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.
Main Street / North Street – On February 4 at 5:55 AM an officer responding to a report of a male subject slumped over the wheel of a running vehicle determined that the individual was intoxicated. Cristhian Castro Montano, 24, of 3802 Prosperity Ave, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
9700 Fairfax Boulevard / Rodeway Inn – On February 4 at 1:07 PM the manager reported that the occupant of a room was refusing to leave the room and pay the overdue bill. The subject claimed he did not have the money. Ralph Johnson, 62, no fixed address, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with defrauding a motel and drunk in public.
