Prescription Fraud


10320 Main Street / Walgreen’s Pharmacy – On March 28 at 11:32 AM the pharmacist reported that a female subject had presented a prescription to be filled which she had determined had not actually be issued by the physician whose signature was on it. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.

Assault and Battery


10100 Block of Fairfax Boulevard – On March 30 at 6:03 PM officers responded for an assault and battery in progress. When officers arrived all parties left the area. The Field Operation Division is investigating the case.




9668 Main Street / Potbelly– On April 2 at 1:38 PM an employee reported that an unknown person(s) attempted to purchase food with a $20 dollar bill which subsequently was determined to be counterfeit. The Secret Service was notified.


Defrauding Taxi Driver


11100 Block of Fairfax Boulevard– On April 3 at 12:10 AM a cab driver reported that an male subject who he had transported from Vienna Metro was refusing to pay. When officers arrived they issued an summons to George Anthony Alston, 32, of 3624 Derby Shire Circle, Maryland for defrauding a taxi driver.
