Petit Larceny 3rd Offense

18-10111

10911 Main Street / 7-Eleven – On July 18 at 12:38 AM the clerk reported that a male subject had taken several items from the store without paying. Officers located the suspect in the area and took him into custody. Michael Jesse McLong, 29, of no fixed address, was transported to the Adult Detention Center. He is being held on no bond.

Larceny from Vehicle

9602 Main Street / Lifetime Fitness Parking Lot Area – On July 17 at 7:32 PM the vehicle owner reported that sometime between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM unknown person(s) had broken a window on her parked vehicle and taken a black duffel bag. The duffel bag contained clothes and jewelry. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.

 

Assault and Battery

10360 North Street / Library – On July 17 at 6:07 PM the victim, a 19 year old Fairfax women, reported that a male subject who is described by the victim as a black male 6’1 - 6’2, with facial hair, wearing a white shirt, khaki pants and a black backpack started to touch the victims hair and neck and was unwanted. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.

Assault and Battery

11100 Block of Berry Street – On July 18 at 12:19 PM the victim, a 72 year old Fairfax women, reported that a male subject who is described by the victim as a Hispanic male spoke broken English 5’6, with no facial hair, wearing a blue polo shirt, khaki shorts and approximately 60 years of age with brown and gray hair grabbed the victim and kissed her on the lips two times before leaving the area. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.
