DUI Arrest

18-13341

 

3700 Block of Old Lee Highway – On September 14 at 2:17 AM an officer who had initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle determined that the driver was intoxicated. Yong Min Cho, 45, of 42290 Porter Ridge Road, Ashburn, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was set at $1500.

Larceny from Vehicle

10600 Block of Kitty Pozer Drive / Parking Lot Area – On September 13 at 3:32 PM the vehicle owner reported that sometime between September 12 at 7:00 PM and September 13 at 2:00 PM unknown person(s) had removed the catalytic converter from his parked vehicle. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.

Shoplifting

10008 Main Street / 7-Eleven – On September 13 at 3:50 PM the manager reported that an unknown male has been taking merchandise on a few occasions and leaving the store without paying. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.

9908 Fairfax Boulevard / PJ Skidoos Parking Lot – On September 14 at 12:10 AM officers responded to a report of a male subject refusing to leave and causing a disturbance. After continuing the disturbance, and attempting to re-enter the business, the subject was taken into custody. Andrew Mark Juba, 28, of 14812 Cherrydale Drive, Woodbridge was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. His bond was set at $1000.
