Shoplifting Arrest


10160 Fairfax Boulevard / AT&T Wireless – On September 29 at 4:29 PM an employee reported that an unknown male subject had taken an item from the display area and left the store without paying, then fled the area on foot. The subject then later returned an attempted to steal other items. Andrew Charles Mock, 19, of 10028 Mosby Woods Drive, Fairfax was charged with petit larceny and concealment and release on summons.




10390 Willard Way / CVS Pharmacy – On September 28 at 10:23 AM the pharmacist reported that a female subject had fraudulently signed a doctor’s signature on their computer system using a fake name. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.




3201 Old Lee Highway / Home Depot - On September 28 at 9:09 AM an employee reported that an unknown subject had stolen merchandise from the store then left the area without paying for the items. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.


Trespassing Arrest /Drunk in Public


3160 Campbell Drive / Lamb Center – On September 28 at 12:00 PM an employee reported that a male subject who had been given a trespass notice previously was refusing to leave. Latroy Shelton, 43, of 9109 Bowler Drive, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with trespassing and drunk in public. His bond was set at $1000.



Computer Fraud


3251 Old Lee Highway / Healthy Buildings – On September 26 at 4:40 PM the owner reported that on August 8 unknown person(s) sent an email with an invoice requesting money wire. The employee then wired money to who she thought was a legitimate business. The transaction turned to be fraudulent. The Field Operations Division is investigating the case.
