City Partners with NeoGov to Enhance City Job Application Process
Joining the City of Fairfax government workforce just became easier, thanks to NeoGov, a job application interface the city recently launched on the municipal website. NeoGov allows the City of Fairfax Personnel Office to seamlessly interface with applicant profiles entered into the partner website, Government Jobs (GovernmentJobs.com).
To submit an application for a city job vacancy, click on the Jobs link at the top of all city website pages, or visit the city's new Career Opportunity page on Government Jobs.
Applicants create a profile (or update an existing profile, as necessary) from this page. Their profile will receive information on the application and track the application through the city’s hiring process.
Enter a single profile, and that information is available to other municipalities that use NeoGov.
Applicants also may review job vacancies and submit paper applications (and resumes, if appropriate), at the Personnel Office, City Hall Room 331. Information: email, 703-385-7993.
