Fraud

19-1720

4200 Block of University Drive – On February 5, 2019 at approximately 4:24 PM, officers were dispatched to 4200 block of University Drive for a fraud. The reporting person stated that they had been the victim of an online fraud involving fraudulent emails purportedly from their church. Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

 

Grand Larceny

19-1897

10201 Main Street/World Gym – On February 8, 2019, at approximately 5:26 PM, the reporting person came to the police station to report a stolen wallet. The reporting person stated that on 1/31/19, sometime between 1:50 PM and 7:30 PM while working her shift at World Gym, persons unknown stole her wallet from her backpack in the office area.

 

DUI

19-1947

Fairchester Drive and Bevan Drive – On February 9, 2019, at approximately 5:03 PM, officers observed a vehicle driving erratically in the area of Fairchester Drive and Bevan Drive. As a result of the vehicle stop officers arrested Eric Lynn Hein, 9907 Commonwealth Blvd, Fairfax, VA for DUI. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and charged with DUI. A court date was set for April 25, 2019.

 

Vandalism

11100 Block of Snug Haven Lane – On February 9, 2019, at approximately 1:52 PM, officers were dispatched to 11100 block of Snug Haven Lane for a vandalism report. The reporting person stated that they noticed spray paint graffiti had been applied to two dumpsters at the rear of the property but was not sure when it had occurred.
