19-19513

4100 block Leonard Drive – On December 6, 2019, a citizen reported that she received a text message from a person claiming to be a business coworker. The suspect requested a wire transfer of a large sum of money which was completed. The suspect is unknown at this time. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.

Larceny

9640 Main Street / Fair City Mall – On December 6, 2019, a citizen reported that her purse and Apple MacBook computer were stolen from her vehicle in the mall parking lot. The victim is uncertain if her vehicle was locked at the time of theft. The Patrol Division is investigating.

10140 Fairfax Boulevard / 7-Eleven – On December 6, 2019, the business reported that several merchandise items were stolen from the store. Two Hispanic males both wearing black clothing ran behind the counter and took several JUUL smoking devices before fleeing the store. The suspects are unknown at this time. The Patrol Division is investigating.

3575 Chain Bridge Road / Jim McKay Chevrolet – On December 7, 2019, the business reported that a large rock had broken glass window on a building at this location. No suspect information is available at this time.

Trespass

19-19565

10360 North Street / City of Fairfax Regional Library – On December 7, 2019, an officer responded to the library for a person making lewd comments to customers and employees. The male subject was asked to leave and was given trespass notice not to return to the library. The subject returned to the business and was placed under arrest. Mohammed J. Ibrahimi, 29, of Burke, was charged with trespassing and public intoxication and was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

11001 Lee Highway / Plant Fitness – On December 9, 2019, the business reported that a gym patron made a threat over the telephone regarding an overdue balance on her account. The Patrol Division is investigating.
