The approved project includes a total of 266 residential units, including 144 multifamily residential condominiums, 115 townhomes, and seven single-family homes, as well as 20,000 square feet of retail space and the 24,000 square foot retained portion of the school building, which may contain a mix of commercial and/or undefined community uses.
Rezone the subject site from CR – Commercial Retail, RM – Residential Medium and John C. Wood House Historic District to PDM – Planned Development Mixed Use;
Comprehensive Plan Amendment to modify the future land use map designation from Institutional and Residential Low to Business Commercial, Transitional and Residential - High;
Special Use Permit for disturbance in the floodplain;
Support for Waivers from the Public Facilities Manual as listed in the Master Development Plan.
