Redevelopment of portions of four parcels with two single-family homes to 21 townhomes on 3.14 +/- acres. The subject property is in the Transition Overlay District. Portions of the property contain Chesapeake Bay Resource Protection Area and floodplain.

Requests

A rezoning from Commercial Retail (CR) and Residential High (RH) to Planned Development Residential (PD-R) in the Transition Overlay District; a Special Use Permit to modify the 100-year floodplain boundary; and Special Exceptions to allow redevelopment to occur in portions of the floodplain and Chesapeake Bay Resource Protection Area.
