Informal request to discuss the redevelopment of four parcels with two single-family homes and undeveloped land to 21 townhomes on 3.14 +/- acres. The subject property is in the Transition Overlay District.
A Rezoning from CR - Commercial Retail and RH - Residential High to PD-R - Planned Development Residential may be required and a Special Use Permit to allow redevelopment to occur in the floodplain and Chesapeake Bay Resource Protection Area. There could be additional Special Exception requests based on the final design. Those Special Exceptions have not been identified at this time. Certificate of Appropriateness for proposed architecture and landscape features.
