A Rezoning from CR - Commercial Retail to RT - Residential Townhouse would be required along with a Comprehensive Plan Amendment for portion of the site from Commercial Corridor designation to Townhouse/Single Family Residential attached neighborhood. There could be Special Exception requests based on the final design. Those Special Exceptions have not been identified at this time. Certificate of Appropriateness for proposed architecture and landscape features.
