Proposal includes a 6,049 +/- square feet convenience store with six fuel stations (12 pumps) on 1.82 +/- acres on the west side of Spring Street and north of Fairfax Boulevard. The subject property is located in the Architectural Control Overlay District.
- Rezoning from IH - Industrial Heavy District to CR - Commercial Retail District;
- Special Use Permit to allow fuel stations in CR - Commercial Retail District;
- Special Exceptions - There may be special exceptions required based on final design. Those have not been identified at this time.
- Certificate of Appropriateness for architecture and landscaping.
