- Rezoning from IH - Industrial Heavy District and CR - Commercial Retail District to CR - Commercial Retail District;
- Special Use Permit to allow fuel stations in CR - Commercial Retail District;
- Special Exceptions - to 10-foot side yard requirement along the northern property line; to require all on-site above ground utilities to be relocated underground for any development that require site plan approval; and to street tree planting requirement within 15-feet of rights-of-way.
