The Communications & Marketing Office serves as a general inquiry center for city government-related information, managing a comprehensive communications program to keep residents, business owners, visitors, and the media informed of municipal services and activities.

The city's television station is available on cable television (Cox Communications and Verizon) and on the city website. Cityscreen-12 televises City Council, School Board and Planning Commission meetings and work sessions; produces special programming, including the annual Independence Day parade; public service announcements; and event promotional videos.
