- Closed at all city parks and facilities: playground equipment, dog park, pickleball court, tennis court, basketball courts, skate park and athletic fields for group play.
- All trails will remain open at this time.
- Park visitors are asked to adhere to all closure notices and current social distancing recommendations of maintaining a minimum of 6 feet from others.

What We Do
Maintain Fairfax City parks, public gardens and green space, trails and their amenities.
Encourage Healthy Eating and Active Living (HEAL) by providing clean and safe outdoor recreational facilities.
Setup and breakdown for Parks and Recreation Community and Special Events.
Park ADA Policy
The City of Fairfax Parks and Recreation Department will comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability.
The City of Fairfax Parks and Recreation Department will make reasonable accommodations in recreation programs to enable participation by an individual with a disability who meets essential eligibility requirements for that recreation program.
The ADA requires that recreation programs offered by the City of Fairfax Parks and Recreation Department be available in the most integrated setting appropriate for each individual.
