Assault Arrest

Officers responded for the report of an assault. The reporting party stated that after an argument, a female known to them purposely smashed a glass bottle near them resulting in multiple cuts. The victim declined any medical treatment. Officers located the subject nearby. The investigation revealed that the suspect was under the influence of alcohol. Grissell Bernal, 30, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with Simple Assault and Drunk in Public. Bernal was held until she was deemed sober. (2025-12416)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that persons unknown stole their coat, which contained their smartphones and cash. Officers identified the suspect. The victim declined to press charges. There is no further information at this time. (2025-12436)

Officers responded for the report of trespassing. The reporting party stated that a previously trespassed male was on the property and left before officers arrived. Officers identified they subject and obtained a warrant for trespassing. This case is pending warrant service. (2025-12485)


Vandalism

Officers responded for the report of vandalism. The reporting party stated that sometime between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on August 17th, persons unknown had intentionally damaged their vehicle. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2025-12527)


Harassment

Sticks and Stones, 11023 Main St. 

August 21, 2025 • 1:59 p.m.

Officers responded for a harassment report. The reporting party stated that an unknown male had called the business numerous times arguing with employees and tying up the business' phone line. Officers were able to identify the subject. Officers spoke with the subject on the phone and he agreed to stop calling the business. The reporting party declined to prosecute. Larceny Arrest

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, took an item, and left the business without rendering payment. Officers located the subject nearby. Antonio Renteria, 26, of Manassas was issued a Virginia Uniformed Summons for Petit Larceny and was released. Renteria has a pending City of Fairfax General District Court date. (2025-12611)


Possession of a Firearm in a Public Park Arrest

Officers responded for the report of a weapons violation. The reporting party stated that an unknown male was carrying a concealed firearm and consuming alcohol in a public park during an event. Officers located the subject nearby. Officers confirmed that the subject was carrying a concealed firearm and took possession of the firearm. Eric Davis, 40, of Annadale was issued a Virginia Uniformed Summons for Possession of a Firearm in a Public Park and was released. Davis has a pending City of Fairfax General District Court date. (2025-12651)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that an unknown male stole multiple items out of their vehicle. There were no signs of forced entry. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2025-12652)


DUI Arrest

August 23, 2025 • 2:18 p.m.

Officers responded for a vehicle crash. The reporting party stated that a vehicle struck another vehicle that was parked on the street. The investigation revealed that the driver of the striking vehicle was under the influence of narcotics. Owen Walker, 26, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Narcotics and Reckless Driving. Walker was held until he was deemed sober. (2025-12688)


Indecent Exposure

Officers responded for an indecent exposure report. The reporting party stated that while they were sitting on a bench in front a business, an unknown male exposed himself and fled the area. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2025-12690)


Vandalism

August 24, 2025 • 12:36 a.m.

Officers responded for the report of a possible burglary in progress. The reporting party stated that an unknown female was banging on their front door, trying to gain entry, and had caused minor damaged to their door frame. Officers located the subject nearby. The investigation revealed that the female subject was mistakenly at the wrong address and was under the influence of alcohol. The victim declined to prosecute. The female subject was then escorted back to her residence. (2025-12705)
