⚠️ Event Venue Application Deadlines

- Deadline: Submit your rental application by the 14th of the month before your event
- Example: December events require applications by November 14th
- Late applications: Won't be accepted after the 14th unless they're for events during public hours only
- Advance booking: You can apply up to two years in advance

Tenant User Liability Insurance Program (TULIP)

TULIP(PDF, 878KB) is a low-cost insurance policy that protects both the “Tenant User” and the local government. A Tenant User is any outside party using local political subdivision facilities. The policy applies to bodily injury or property damage arising out of the use of the local governments premises by Tenant Users. Premium costs are paid by the Tenant User. Premium costs are based on: the nature of the event; the number of event days; the number of participants; the level of risk; and any special requirements.

This is not required by renters at our venues, but is available as an option for renters.
