Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, took multiple items, and left the business without rendering payment. Trespassing Arrest

The Lamb Center, 3160 Campbell Dr. 

July 15, 2025 • 7:59 a.m.

Officers responded for the report of a trespassing. The reporting party stated that a person that was previously trespassed was back on the property. Officers identified the suspect as Matthew Vernon,44, of No Fixed Address and obtained a warrant. Vernon was later arrested by Fairfax County Police and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Vernon has a pending City of Fairfax General District Court date. (2025-10571)

Larceny Arrest

Wawa, 9700 Fairfax Blvd. 

July 15, 2025 • 9:01 a.m.

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that an unknown male entered the business, concealed one item and returned it when confronted, then took multiple items, and left the business without rendering payment. Officers identified the suspect and obtained warrants. Officers located the subject a short time later. Steven Tsimbidis, 53, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was served his warrants for Petit Larceny and Concealing Merchandise. Tsimbidis was released on an unsecured bond. (2025-10573)

Officers responded for a fraud report. The reporting party stated an unknown female entered the business, attempted to cash a fraudulent check, then fled the area. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2025-10584)

Officers responded for a business alarm. On arrival officers observed evidence of a burglary. The investigation revealed that an unknown person broke the glass on the front door, entered the business, took multiple items, and fled the scene. The victim declined to prosecute. DUI Arrest

3545 Chain Bridge Rd. 

July 17, 2025 • 2:41 a.m.

An officer on routine patrol observed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop. The investigation revealed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Carson Khadka, 25, of Oakton was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence and Refusal. Khadka was held until he was deemed sober. (2025-10677)

Officers responded for the report of an auto theft. The reporting party stated that sometime between July 16th and July 17th, persons unknown stole their motorcycle from the complex's parking garage. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2025-10737)

Officers responded for the report of an assault. The reporting party stated that an unknown male standing outside of the business made derogatory remarks to them as they were exiting their vehicle. The unknown male then swung at the victim and then fled the area. No injuries were reported. Officers were able to identify the suspect and obtain a warrant.
