Introducing the Debit and Forget it Real Estate Pre-Payment Option

Effective July 1, 2017, the City of Fairfax now offers automated ACH (Debit) payments for pre-payment of Real Estate bills.

The City of Fairfax will automatically debit your bank account.

  • Set your own schedule.
    • Funds can be taken out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually.
  • Set the amount to be taken out based on the schedule you have chosen.
  • Fee: $0.00 - There is no longer a fee for this service!

The application process is simple and only requires a few minutes of your time.
