Residential Permit Parking Districts (RPPD)

Residential permit parking districts (RPPDs) are designated and managed per the policy adopted in Chapter 98, Article IV, Division 3 of the City Code.

Commercial Vehicle Parking in Residential Zones

Residents may park one commercial vehicle not exceeding 9,000 pounds in their private driveway as long as the vehicle does not advertise a business located at the residence where it is parked. No commercial vehicles may be parked on public or private streets in a residential zone. For information, contact Parking Enforcement at 703.293.7100.
