Fairfax City Holiday Craft Show Returns with 200+ Artisans
Published on October 21, 2025
Fairfax City ushers in the holiday season with one of its most beloved traditions: the annual Holiday Craft Show, set for Nov. 15-16 at Fairfax High School.
For two festive days, the school transforms into a marketplace filled with more than 200 juried artisans, crafters, and gourmet food vendors. It’s the perfect place to uncover unique holiday treasures—whether that’s handcrafted woodwork, cozy home décor, jewelry, pottery, or beautifully made clay pieces.
The show is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $5 for a one-day pass or $8 for two-day pass, available at the door. Visitors 18 and younger enjoy free admission.
The festival is a favorite for both regulars and new visitors. Many return each year to reconnect with their favorite vendors and pick up holiday must-haves—candles, baskets, floral arrangements, or table runners that add a personal touch to their celebrations. For others, it’s all about the discovery: a new popcorn flavor for movie nights, a hard-to-find spice for their favorite dish, or a special doll to continue their child’s growing collection.
The crowd is as diverse as the offerings: friends shopping side by side, families spanning generations making it a holiday tradition, and curious visitors exploring every aisle. For all, it’s an adventure filled with discoveries, and no one leaves empty-handed.
Parking is available on-site at Fairfax High School, with limited accessible spaces. On Saturday, shoppers can also take advantage of free ADA-accessible shuttles running from WillowWood Plaza from 9:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
