Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle driving recklessly, strike a parked vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. Investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Marlon Argueta Portillo, 28, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence and issued citations for Driving Without a License, Failure to Wear a Seatbelt, and Failure to Obey Lane Markings. Argueta Portillo was held until he was deemed sober. (2025-9837)

The investigation revealed that one of the parties involved was wanted out of the City of Fairfax. Jeffery Tabish, 45, of Centreville was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was served his warrant for illegal dumping. Tabish was released on an unsecured bond. (2025-9949)

An officer on routine patrol observed a vehicle in a parking lot, running, with the driver's door open, and an unresponsive driver. The investigation revealed that driver was under the influence of alcohol. Zolboo Badralt, 35, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence.
