Housing City of Fairfax, VA

The City of Fairfax Housing Department leads the city’s efforts to advance affordable housing and address homelessness.

Through research, planning, and collaboration across city departments and with community stakeholders, including the faith community, nonprofit partners, and neighboring jurisdictions, the Housing Department works to implement the housing goals outlined in the city’s Comprehensive Plan and Affordable Housing Strategic Plan, helping to foster a healthy, inclusive, and sustainable community for all Fairfax residents.
