Officers located the subject nearby. Junior Manrique Lagos, 31, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Petit Larceny. Hit and Run Arrest
10600 block of Maple Street
December 27, 2025 • 11:02 a.m.
Officers responded for the report of a hit and run. The reporting party stated that persons unknown had crashed into their fence and fled the scene. A short time later, Fairfax County Police located the vehicle, conducted a traffic stop, arrested the driver for unrelated charges, and transported the driver to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. The investigating officer obtained a warrant for the driver. Kennedy Bautista-Gonzalez, 20, of Woodbridge was served his warrant for Misdemeanor Hit and Run. Bautista-Gonzalez was held on no bond.
