The potential applicant is proposing to redevelop the property with a six-story multifamily building featuring 260-280 residential units, with structured parking. The subject site is currently developed with an approximately 59,983-square-foot office building with surface parking. The subject site is currently zoned CR Commercial Retail in the Future Transition Overlay District. The subject site is located within the Activity Center Place Type as designated in the Comprehensive Plan.

Requests

The applicant proposes to rezone approximately 3.22 acres from CR Commercial Retail to PD-R Planned Development Residential and Transition Overlay District. Potential applications include a rezoning, master development plan, special exceptions, and a major certificate of appropriateness.
