Early Voting begins at Fairfax City Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, March 6. 

Early Voting ends on Saturday, April 18 by 5 p.m. Voters who wish to vote on Election Day must go to their designated polling location.

What to know:

• Bring acceptable ID.
• Curbside voting is available. Call the phone number posted on the Curbside Voter Parking A-frame sign, located on the George Mason Blvd. side of City Hall for assistance.
• City Hall will be open two Saturdays, April 11 and 18, for in-person early voting.
• Voters wishing to vote by-mail for the April 21, 2026, Special Election have until Friday, April 10, 2026 by 5 p.m. to request for a ballot to be sent to them.
• Ensure your voter registration information is up to date. Use the Virginia Department of Elections Citizen Portal to check your status online or call your local registrar's office.
• If you have requested and received your by-mail ballot but wish to vote in-person instead, make sure to bring your unvoted by-mail ballot with you.
• Fairfax County voters must go to the Fairfax County Government Center, located at 12000 Government Center Parkway Suite 323 Fairfax, VA 22035 or one of their satellite locations. Learn more.
