Live Meeting Translation

Step 1.Open the link below on your device. 

Live Translation & Interpretation 

The application will say “Awaiting Transcription” until the meeting starts.

Step 2.Tap the accessibility icon (bottom right) to open settings.

Choose how you want to follow along: 

• Language — select your preferred language to translate the meeting
• Audio — turn on to hear a spoken translation (bring headphones if attending in person)
• Leave audio off to follow along with written translated captions instead
• Font size, spacing & style — adjust readability, including a dyslexia-friendly font
• High contrast — toggle for higher-contrast text

Step 3.Tap "X" to close settings and return to the meeting.

Step 1.Scan the QR Code at the meeting with your phone's camera or click the link below.
