Officers on routine patrol were alerted to a stolen vehicle traveling on Fairfax Boulevard. The vehicle stopped, the driver was identified, and the vehicle was confirmed to be stolen. Justin Kerns, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where they were charged with Grand Larceny, and held without bond. (2026-1626)

Officers on routine patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failing to move over for an emergency vehicle. Investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Alec Baumann, 23, of Springfield was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they were charged with Driving Under the Influence. Baumann was held on a $1,500 bond. (2026-1636)
