The subject was located by officers on scene. Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle make an illegal u-turn and initiated a traffic stop. Investigation revealed the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Khadija Bangura, 24 of Bristow was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they were charged with Driving Under the Influence, and held on a $1,000 bond.
