Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane of travel. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified. Investigation revealed the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Marvin Herrera Munoz, 41 of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they were charged with Driving Under the Influence and held on $5,000 bond. Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of Fairfax Boulevard. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified. Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was stopped and driver was identified. Investigation revealed the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Dylan Drew, 34 of Herndon was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they were charged with Driving Under the Influence and held on $2,000 bond.
