Officers responded for the report of trespassing. The reporting party stated that a previously trespassed male was in the store and would not leave. Officers located the subject in the store. Ronald Peterson, 45, of Capital Heights, Maryland, was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Trespassing. Peterson was held on a secured bond. Officers located the subject nearby. Robert Johnson, 52, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Petit Larceny. Officers responded for the report of a threat. The reporting party stated that a male customer threatened to return to the business with a gun after a dispute with an employee. Officers located the suspect nearby. Scott Wood, 31, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Threat With a Firearm. Officers located the suspect nearby. The investigation revealed that the suspect was under the influence of alcohol. Leslie Hines, 43, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with two counts of Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Drunk in Public.
