Officers located the subject nearby. Fernando Clark, 61, of Fort Belvoir was issued a Virginia Uniformed Summons for Petit Larceny and was released. Clark has a pending City of Fairfax General District Court date. Larceny Arrest

Officers responded for a FLOCK alert for a stolen license plate. Officers located the vehicle and attempted to conduct a traffic stop when the driver and passenger of the vehicle fled on foot. Officers apprehended the driver but were unable to locate the passenger. Tuan-Anh Tran, 51, of Centreville was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Petit Larceny, Obstruction, Driving Without a License, Driving an Unregistered Vehicle, and Fictitious Inspection Sticker. Tran was held without bond. (2025-12902)

Officers responded for the report of a disorderly person. The reporting party stated that an unknown male displayed his private parts to them and defecated while in the parking lot of the business. Officers responded for a report of disorderly subjects in the parking lot. The reporting party stated that a male known to them assault them during an argument. Assault Arrest

Safeway, 10396 Willard Way

August 27, 2025 • 9:32 p.m.

While on an unrelated call for service, officers observed a female assaulting a male in the parking lot. Investigation revealed that the female took items from Safeway and left the business without rendering payment. An employee then confronted the female subject and was assaulted. No injuries were reported. Officers then placed the female subject under arrest. The subject resisted arrest, spat, and refused to provide identification. Daneitra Robinson, 32, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with Assault, Petit Larceny, Expectorating in Public Places, and Obstruction of Justice by Force. Robinson was held on a secured bond. (2025-12925)
