Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that three unknown males entered the business, took alcohol, and left the business without rendering payment. Officers located the suspects nearby. Anthony Garcia Zelaya, 18, of Falls Church, Joseph Pazsoldan-Canedo, 18, of Annadale, and Jose Nunez-Villatoro, 18, of Annadale were issued Virginia Uniformed Summonses for Minor in Possession of Alcohol and Petit Larceny and released. Garcia Zelaya, Pazsoldan-Canedo, and Nunez-Villatoro have pending City of Fairfax General District Court dates. (2025-18677)

Officers responded for the report of an unlawful entry. The reporting party stated an unknown male subject was inside the building and did not belong there. The fire alarm had been pulled, and fire was on-scene. Investigation revealed the subject had gotten locked in the vestibule and, when he could not get out, pulled the fire alarm. The subject requested medical assistance for a previous injury and was transported to the hospital. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2025-18706)

Upon exiting the store, Daniela Iguina Yus, 38, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with Petit Larceny and served outstanding warrants from Fairfax County. Officers identified the subject and obtained warrants. Muhammad Khan, 18, of Falls Church was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was served his warrants. DUI Arrest

Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle make an illegal U-turn and proceeded to make a traffic stop. Investigation revealed the driver was under the influence alcohol. Nathan Phan, 25, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence. Phan was held on an unsecured bond until sober. (2025-18954)
