Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle without taillights and conducted a traffic stop. Investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Juan Ordonez Ramos, 19, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Driving With an Open Container, and Refusal. Ordonez Ramos was released on an unsecured bond. (2025-16601)

Officers responded for the report of an intoxicated person. The reporting party stated that an unknown male in a vehicle was in the drive-through lane for more than 20 minutes and refused to exit. Investigation revealed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Kyle Guggolz, 21, of Arlington was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Driving With an Open Container, and Refusal. Guggolz was held until deemed sober. (2025-16604)

Officers responded for a report of threats. The reporting party stated that persons unknown had been sending threatening messages and demanding money. Officers responded for the report of a trespassing. The reporting party stated an unknown male refused to leave the property several times. Officers located the subject, asked the subject to leave the property, and the subject refused. Christoper Stevenson, 67, of No Fixed Address was issued a Virginia Uniform Summons for Loitering and was released. Stevenson has a pending City of Fairfax General District Court date. Stevenson was also issued a Notice of Trespass. (2025-16672)
