The concrete replacement program provides for the replacement of curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway entrances throughout the city. The main focus of the program is to replace deteriorated concrete infrastructure in the areas scheduled for repaving. Concrete replacement is limited to those sections that are cracked or deteriorated. Entire sections of concrete along a roadway are rarely replaced as portions of the concrete are still in good condition. Property owners will be notified of any impacts to property access prior to the start of any work. If you have concrete in the vicinity of your property that is in bad condition, please contact the Street Superintendent's Office.
