Description: This is an annual Fire Marshal inspection required for in-home daycares. The inspection must be requested by daycare providers by calling or emailing Code Administration (703-385-7830, CodeAdministration@fairfaxva.gov). This inspection is required in order to satisfy County and State licensing requirements.
