Description: This is an annual FPC inspection that must be passed prior to opening of commercial or community outdoor pools, which are permitted to operate from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend annually. Code Administration will reach out to applicants via email with an invoice for the inspection. A commercial electrical permit must also be applied for and issued through the Permit Portal. Both the FPC inspection and electrical inspection are conducted simultaneously. These inspections must be passed in advance of the County's required Health Department inspection for public pools.
