When an emergency happens, are you ready? Learn life-saving skills at free public safety training offered September through November at Fire Station 3, taught by members of the Fairfax Volunteer Fire Department.
Saturday classes (9 a.m. and 11 a.m.) cover hands-only CPR/AED, stop the bleed, stroke awareness, fire extinguisher use, smoke alarm basics, and more. Wednesday evening classes (7 p.m.) cover hands-only CPR/AED, stop the bleed, stroke awareness, and opioid emergencies & severe allergic reactions.
