City of Fairfax Regional Library

The City of Fairfax Regional Library is part of the Fairfax County Public Library system and has a rich history reflecting its commitment to serving the community's evolving needs.

The building's architecture pays homage to historical elements with colonial columns and dormers, complemented by a soaring yellow pine ceiling.

Since 1983, the library has been home to the Precision Book Cart Drill Team. This team participates annually in Fairfax City's Independence Day Parade, showcasing choreographed routines with book carts, and has become a cherished tradition in the community.
