Reservation Process

Reservations are required for guaranteed use and must be made in advance. Full payment is required at the time of the reservation.

Reservations cannot be made by phone.

1. Check availability. Reservations must be made at least four days in advance.
2. Submit an application using links above (online OR written) and payment. Pavilions cannot be rented over the phone.
3. Submit any special rental add-ons, if applicable.
4. Receive your permit.

Rental Fees

A set 5 hour AM or PM Time Block

• AM Block: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
• PM Block: 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Small Pavilions: $75
Renters of both period blocks rents the full day with no mid-day break

No Changes allowed.
