Michael Lee, 39, of Washington, D.C., was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Petit Larceny, and served with another outstanding warrant. Joaquin Turcios, 43, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence. Officers responded for a report of embezzlement. The reporting party stated an employee had stolen money and multiple items from the business. Avi Serfaty, 36, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Embezzlement. Serfaty was held on a $5,000 bond. (2026-1011)
