Officers responded for a report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that persons unknown stole a license plate from a vehicle at the dealership. The Support Operations Division is investigating. (2026-0931)

Officers responded for a report of an assault. The reporting party stated a male subject known to the victim had punched the victim in the face. The victim declined prosecution. There is no further information at this time. (2026-0954)


Larceny Arrest

Officers responded for a report of trespassing. The reporting party stated a male subject who had previously stolen and trespassed at the business had returned. The subject was identified and found to have stolen additional items from the business. Michael Lee, 39, of Washington, D.C., was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Petit Larceny, and served with another outstanding warrant. Lee was held on a $2,000 bond. (2026-0947)

Officers responded for a report of an assault. The reporting party stated that a male subject known to the victim pushed the victim to the ground after a verbal argument. The victim declined prosecution. There is no further information at this time. (2026-0963)


DUI Arrest

Officers responded for a delayed report of a single vehicle crash. When officers arrived on the scene, witnesses indicated that the driver had been driving erratically prior to crashing their motorcycle. Investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Joaquin Turcios, 43, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence. Turcios was released on an unsecured bond. Officers responded for a report of a larceny. The reporting party stated that persons unknown stole their scooter from a bike storage area at the property. The Field Operations Division is investigating. (2026-0968)


DUI Arrest

Fairfax Boulevard and Lion Run.

January 23, 2026 • 1:32 a.m.

Officers on routine patrol observed a driver speeding and initiated a traffic stop. Investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Erin Apgar, 46, of Centreville was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where she was charged with Driving Under the Influence. Apgar was held on a $2,000 bond. Embezzlement

Guitar Center, 11051 Main St.

January 23, 2026 • 2:51 p.m.

Officers responded for a report of embezzlement. The reporting party stated an employee had stolen money and multiple items from the business. Avi Serfaty, 36, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Embezzlement. Serfaty was held on a $5,000 bond. (2026-1011)


Larceny Arrest

Wawa, 9700 Fairfax Blvd.

January 24, 2026 • 11:08 p.m.

Officers on routine patrol were alerted to a report of a larceny in progress. The reporting party stated that a male subject assaulted them before stealing merchandise. The suspect was found on scene and identified. Andre Singh, 38, of Chantilly was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Larceny and Assault. Singh was held on a $1,500 bond. (2026-1075)
