Officers responded for a report of a disabled vehicle in the roadway. Investigation revealed the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Domingo Lopez Cedillo, 30 of Centreville was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they were charged with Driving Under the Influence and held on a $1,000 bond. Officers responded for a report of an assault. The caller stated a male subject was attempting to steal items from the business, and threw an item at the caller when confronted. The suspect was found nearby and detained by police. Josue Bojorge-Miranda, 22 of Alexandria was issued a Virginia Uniform Summons for Petit Larceny and Assault and Battery, and informed of their court date. (2026-3810)

Officers responded for a report of a trespassing. The caller stated a subject who had been previously trespassed from the property had returned. The subject was found on the property by officers. Iderchuluun Kainyam, 53, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they were charged with Trespassing and held on a $1,000 bond. (2026-3855)

Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle traveling in excess of the speed limit and failing to maintain its lane of travel. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified. Investigation revealed the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Heydy Castro Ramirez, 23 of Reston was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they were charged with Driving Under the Influence, and held without bond.
