Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle driving erratically and initiated a traffic stop. Investigation revealed the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Cleyner Lopez Zaldivar, 36, of Manassas was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence. Lopez Zaldivar was held until deemed sober. (2026-4359)
Assault on Law Enforcement Arrest
Blenheim Boulevard and Fairfax Boulevard
April 4, 2026 • 6:46 p.m.
Officers responded for a report of a disorderly individual at a bus stop. The caller stated that a female subject was throwing trash in the road. Upon arrival, officers observed broken glass, trash, and clothing on the ground. Officers identified the subject from previous encounters and determined she was under the influence. The subject became aggressive, attacked officers, and resisted arrest. Tiffany Buckley, 45, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with Obstruction of Justice, Littering, Intoxication in Public, and Assault on Law Enforcement. Buckley was held on no bond. (2026-4396)

The subjects were located nearby. Jonathan Emerson, 42, of Alexandria and Meghan Kirby, 49, of Alexandria were each issued a Virginia Uniform Summons for Petit Larceny and informed of their court dates.
